REHABILITATION at Eliza offers a full range of therapies that promote continued independence and a fulfilling future for older adults with various neurological, muscular-skeletal, orthopedic, and other medical conditions.

MEMORY SUPPORT THERAPY has been a cornerstone service at Eliza. Led by a Certified Dementia Practitioner, we offer numerous programming for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other symptoms of dementia.

RESPITE CARE provides a break for caregivers on a short- or long-term basis when necessary. We offer a comfortable, secure home-away-from-home for your loved one when you are temporarily unavailable to provide care.

Janet Kodrich - Director of Sales & Marketing

As Director of Sales and Marketing for Eliza at Chagrin Falls, Janet brings a vast array of knowledge and experience in all aspects of senior housing and healthcare. Her expertise includes marketing, sales, event management, and strategic planning coupled with a proven ability to lead, train and coach sales teams aligned with senior management. Prior to her current position, Janet has served as director of sales for residential services at Menorah Park, vice president of sales at The Weils/Montefiore, director of Montefiore Post Acute Centralized Admissions, director of marketing & hospital relations Post Acute Care - Kindred Healthcare Nursing Division, and The Sisters of Charity/St. Augustine Healthcare – Light of Hearts Villa. Throughout her career, Janet has shown excellence in strategic implementation, using data-driven sales strategies. Her knack for business acumen has set her apart and drives her to seek success in every aspect of the day-to-day operations as well as long-term visions of an organization. Additionally, Janet shows compassion and empathy for everyone she works with from residents, patients and family members to colleagues and medical professionals. Outside of work, Janet enjoys her new-found love for golf, supporting and volunteering for various non-profits and spending time with family.
